ePortal and eFiling
For cases received by the Tribunal on March 15, 2021 onward, parties will now have the ability to access their case information online through ePortal. You will receive a letter with an 8-digit code that is unique to your case, which will allow you to view documents filed in your case. Case information is only available to parties and their representatives. ePortal is not a public docket search.
Additionally, you can now file directly into your case using ePortal's eFiling capabilities. Please note that eFiling does not constitute service.
